Defective Products or Item not Received as described:
If your item you received has any manufacturer defects or if the item received is not as described and you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received due to such issue, you can return them for either a refund, credit or exchange. We will pay for your return shipping hassle free and issue you a return label. We're all about keeping you happy as a customer and exceptional customer service.
Non Defective Products / General Wear and Tear:
For any Non-Manufacturer defects or defects caused to products by general wear and tear, we will still accept your return or exchange covered under our 1-year warranty guarantee, this warranty is ONLY for purchases made on this website, for any outside purchases not submitted on our Manufacturer Direct website is between the seller and the purchaser.
Pet Life can only issue a refund or an exchange once the item returned is received at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Pet Life does not take title to the refunded item.
Purchases made on any outside 3rd party retail presence or website:
Any Purchases submitted outside of our Manufacturer Direct website is by and between the seller and the purchaser. If you purchased a product from an outside physical retailer or outside online retailer we do not offer 1-year warranties unless purchased Manufacturer Direct.
However, you may visit our direct main Corporate Site (www.petlifecentral.com) and visit our contact page there for any outside defective issues. Our customer Service Team pertaining to our shop.petlifecentral.com website only handles inquiries and matters relating to purchases made on shop.petlifecentral.com website.
Issuing Returns and Refunds
Simply send us an email at Support@petlifecentral.com with your order number and reason for your return and we will respond back to you within 24 Hours. Once we receive your email we will review your inquiry and issue you a return shipping label by email, simply print out the label and affix the shipping label to your return package. We may allow you to keep the product under certain circumstances and issue you a refund. If your product was purchased after your 1-year warranty from date of purchased expired we can no longer offer you a refund.
Once we physically receive your return in our fulfillment warehouse we will automatically issue you a refund. We ask that you not send back any returned order without our initial approval.
